MIsaligned Drop downs - is there a simple fix?

Hi all as the picture shows below - my drop downs throughout my model are misaligned.  This caused no end of grief. 

Does anyone have a trick for fixing these up?

From my experience it's usually a result of multiple monitors, often with non-100% scaling.

I've also found changing this setting in the Excel Options helps:
