Exam resets requests are usually actioned within 12 hours, but we recommend against requesting resets because they tend to defeat the purpose of the learning and assessment exercises, which is to learn Modano and financial modeling. Instead, if you’re unhappy with your grade for an exercise, you should simply reattempt it without requesting a reset.
You must pass each exercise before proceeding to the next exercise, so you will need to get at least 50%. However, if you read the learning materials closely, watch the videos, and do the learning exercises before attempting their associated theoretical and practical assessment exercises, you should be aiming for scores over 80% without needing to reattempt or reset them. If you find this is not the case, we recommend re-doing the learning exercise rather than repeatedly attempting the assessment or requesting resets.
