Project Manager button on my Build Tab missing

Dear All, 
My Project Manager button is missing.  Has anyone experienced the same thing before?  Please share the solution if you have.

Please check that the Mode is set to Developer

Daniel Mineo helped me solve this issue.  We can right click the Build Tab, select Customize the Ribbon, and the Excel Options dialog box will pop up. With the Build Tab selected (see the screenshot below), click the Reset button, and then select "Reset only selected Ribbon tab".  This will reinstate/restore the Project Manager button (Manage) on the Build Tab.

When the Project Manager was missing (Manage Group), the Module Structure Group was also missing, and what I had left on my Build Tab were the remaining Groups, i.e. Styles & Formats, etc., as shown on the screenshot below.
