Change the Color of Historical Data

How does one change the color of historical data...for example, how can I change the color of the text circled in red..see the picture below:

I have tried all kinds of things and nothing seems to work.

Hi William,

This is just normal conditional formatting, so if you go to HOME / CONDITIONAL FORMATTING / MANAGE RULE and remove the applicable rule, this will make the entire row blue assumption cells.

However, the main thing to note is that these are inactive assumptions, so not having any impact on the calculated cost of goods sold - these values are actually coming through from the historical income statement data. As such, I would be wary when removing this conditional formatting as it might give the impression that those assumptions are driving the values below, which they won't be.

Cheers. J.

Hi William,

You can check out the Inactive Assumptions guideline and example here: www.modano.com/guidelines/modano/assumptions/inactive_assumptions

Hey guys - picking up on this thread. I want to copy this conditional formatting into multiple cell blocks in new modules that I'm creating. I can't see an easy way to do this (paste formats is limited within Modano etc.) but I may be missing something obvious??

Would be handy if I didn't need to create the conditional formatting rule every time I want to do this.
