This might be a cardinal sin, but I'm trying to break the cell block relationships so that I can add line by line narrative text next to items within my budget tab.
I managed to do it a week ago (within the revenue category) and can't for the life of me remember how, so now the cogs lines are copying down.
Please let me know if there is a better way to add narration to a budget in order to present to the exec team.
I basically want everything in the final 2 cols of this screengrab to be the orange format that allows me to edit line by line to narrate, whilst maintaining all the other aspects of cell blocks needed.

You should simply be able to apply the Sub-Total style to the categories cell block (Build tab, Assumptions menu, Sub-Total) that you want to be able enter separate values into:
You might then need to merge across (Home tab, Merge & Center menu, Merge Across) this cell block if it's multiple cells wide, but the Sub-Total style doesn't have borders by default so it might not matter.
