What is the difference between US, UK, AU, and NZ (countries) versions of Modano Models ?

The US, UK, AU and NZ regions have been provided in the Modano content libraries to allow for the fact that for some modules there are differences between different regions.

The most common example of this is taxation - e.g. in the US they have sales taxes (amongst other things) whereas the UK has VAT while AU and NZ have GST. Each of these regions also have different tax rates, which are usually reflected in the default assumptions in their modules.

Another consideration is terminology - e.g. the US amortizes intangible assets, while the UK, AU and NZ regions amortise intangible assets. Not a big deal, but annoying when it's not what users are after.

In many cases, such as revenue and operating expenditure modules, there is no difference between the modules for the different regions, they've simply been provided for completeness.
