Property Feasibility

Working on development right now, I was wondering how can I include the tenant Tenancy Schedule input component if I didn't include it from the beginning, I just don't want to fully start over. Is this possible? how can I do it?

Also for the assumptions on the core, the ones that come from relative values, is there a way to use more than one total for the driver calc? ex if I want to use the Construction and Desing and also the Land Cost, not just only one of them.

If I don't need to use GST, how can I safely remove those inputs and links? that does not apply to the US.

Hi Natalia,

Unfortunately, there's no standalone Tenancy-Only module - all the tenancy analysis is attached to a property (module) at the moment. You might be able to create one by taking a property module and just deleting all of the development content to leave only the tenancy piece and then insert that into your model. I'll add a Tenancy-Only module to our content pipeline.

For the combination piece, you should be able to insert a row in the Direct Cost Summations, create a new sum line that combines the two. Then in the lookup, make the same change and that will now allow you to work with the combined values. See images below:

For the GST, you can remove all of this throughout. Although there is US-Region Property Feasibility analysis, so might better to use this as a starting point.

Cheers. J.

James thank you so much! gonna check your suggestions right away. you are awesome. one more question now that I think about it, I know I can create one development and mirror it to replicate it over the model. is there a possibility to just create a list of properties or developments and then automatically if I insert one will insert a core assumptions tab? kinda the same how the multi-business units work but for developments. is this possible nowadays?
