Hi, do you have a module to add to the funds management template to allow gearing?

Or a template with gearing already built in?

Hi Matthew,

At this stage, the Funds Management has been developed on an ungeared basis.

If you're running a geared property fund then the Property Planning library can be used to model this out.

Our consulting team has built a wide range of geared fund models (more complexity around investor returns, whether they're tipping in as equity and debt, etc.) so if there's something specific you're after then the Support system is the best approach.
