Formatting border colour

I'm doing a presentation sheet to be used in a power powint presentation but can't seem to change the border colour to our company palate as the only uptions are "Constant", Formula" etc. Does anyone know how to do this? Is there a "Presentation" border style i can set up?

Hi Tarjei - you can apply borders to specific cell blocks using the usual Excel Format Cells dialog (Ctrl+1), and specify whatever colors (etc.) you want.

You could also customize your presentation styles to include custom borders, although to do this you will need to ensure that the colors you want are in your palette, as shown below. You can customize the colors in your color palette via the Colors tab within your Options dialog box.

Personally, I would avoid specifying custom borders to styles, with the exception of assumptions styles, then simply apply them using the Format Cells dialog box.

Thanks Michael - that worked a treat!
