Hi Everyone!. If I want to do a model with the property feasibility portion but I am not gonna hold for rent but sell those apartments, what template should I use? what is the difference with Property planning? TIA , Natalia

Hi Natalia, I think you can just ignore that and use the property sales. 

I have a question for you, im using right now this property spreadsheet but 

already put the Cost of the land and i dondt get any data on the summary, 

can you help me?

Hi Francisco,

That is a very broad question, especially without an example file. Have you done the Modano training and started on the certification? Without a serious investment time wise in learning how to use Modano it will not be very useful to you I'm afraid. Once you get the hang of it you'll never look back:-)
